    This is definatly the best purchase because its more than just a pull up bar and really should cost more than $40. I am just starting to work out, and just to be able to do a variety of exercises with one machine has motivated me. I love this product, especially for push ups because it allows you to go further down, and it reduces stress in your wrists. Im not exactly sure what the difference in price is between the old and new iron gym, but I would defiantly pay the extra and get the extreme just for the simple fact that you will have more options for muscle confusion.
